I just noticed that the 'local' time has shifted forward one hour. So this is a test of that.

Yep the time and post time have moved forweard one hour.

My current location setting is
/forum/fa/747/0/

Can you please confirm if this is still an issue or not?

BTW: The server's time is NTP synced every Sunday. However, it was booted in the week. That may (or not?) explain what's happening here.
