Sir,

I got the following error while installing the Oracle 10g DB on winxp machine,EMCA Could not started error. I tried manullay to configure EMCA,But it rise the following error,Repostiory Already Exists.

i cant start Oracledbconsole service and also the apache server didnt installed to my machine while installing oracle 10g db.

Plz Let u send reason and solution for this.

hello same issue... on Windows 2003 enterprise server

after install of oracle db10g 10102 the service

OracleDBConsoleorcl on local computer cannot be started .. error specific code 2.

help... from Oracle gurus..

Hello,

This type of error is recurrent , after the installation of Oracle DB version 10.1.02 on an Windows XP sp1 or sp2 or Windows 2003 server. The console with port 5500/em works some time and after suddently still not working for ever untill we reinstall the Oracle software..!

>The service OracleDBconsoleorcl does not START and the message on the event view is CANNOT START THE SERVICE ERROR CODE 2!

Please does someone had this situation?

Help will improve the confidence on Oracle Products under Windows OS software.

Hello,

question:

the apache server didnt installed to my machine while installing oracle 10g db.

answer:

You need to use the Oracle companion cd or download it.

After you made and installation of the HTTP Apache 1.3.28 and /or HTMLDB .

HTMLDB IS AN NICE RAD TOOL...

TRY IT ITS FREE.
