After Installing Oracle9i Software on Tru64 Unix,while i'm going to Create a databse with the help of DBCA.Error message appears as

Ora-12547 - TNS Lost Contact during Creating & starting Instance Process.

Os : HP Tru64 Unix 5.1 B

Version : Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0

Pls help to solve this problem
