I have installed Oracle 8.0.5 on Win 2003 Server. 
The instalation finished Ok, but when the system start, one errors is generated by OracleStart Service.
( STRTDB80.EXE ).

pleas help

I have the same problem. Oracle 8.0.5 is officialy not supported under WS2003. So maybe this is not working at all.
