I am trying to import a .dmp file into my oracle server  version 8.1.7.  but when i run the command

imp system@budget file=d:oraclepeg.dmp

I get an error saying unable to open the file for read. anyone please tell me why this could be

Is the file in the directory specified? Do you have permissions to read it?
