Hi,

i have installed Oracle 8.0 to my PC (Windows XP)and now i want to install Developer V2.1 but i have a problem with that.

What it happens is this : I start the installation, it asks me for the directory to make tha installation, I give the same one with Oracle 8.0 directory and when the installation starts it stops with no message errors.

I don't understand what happens so if anybody does PLEASE HELP ME.

Hi,

You first remove all the registry relating to oracle from your system. First install Developer 2000 and then install oracle.

Try it
